This award winning museum and visitor centre will transport you back to the 1860s to a restored village with docks and quays where you can take part in the activities as well.
You can journey underground into the copper mine, walk by the quay, explore the cottages with their inhabitants or go on the tramway.
Also here is a woodland trail, organic meadows, a wildlife reserve, a museum, and docks, cottages and river walks.
