Edwin Tucker's was founded in 1831 at Ashburton, on the edge of Dartmoor trading as Maltsters and Seed Merchants

Our shop at the Maltings stocks a wide range of speciality bottled beers many brewed from our very own malt. We also sell a selection of wines, malt gifts and other locally produced products 

The shop is open throughout the year (please phone for winter hours). Feel free to browse as there is no obligation to take a guided tour.</description></item><item><title>Merchants House</title><link>http://www.alltouristattractions.co.uk/wiltshire/marlborough/merchants-house-l2.html</link><description>The Merchants House was built following the great fire of Marlborough from 1653 to 1700 of timber and brick for Thomas Bayly a Silk Merchant.

It features Panelled Chamber and Chamber windows, a dining room, staircase, sundial, bedrooms and study. It's open to the public.</description></item><item><title>Torre Abbey Project</title><link>http://www.alltouristattractions.co.uk/devon/torbay/torre-abbey-project-l3.html</link><description>Torre Abbey comprises of two Grade 1 listed buildings and was adopted as a private residence since 1539 following the dissolution of the monasteries.

The current set up dates from the 1740s and was purchased by Torbay Borough Council in 1930

It is currently undergoing a £6.5m restoration and is closed until July 2008. You will find Torre Abbey on the seafront in Torquay and includes a Spanish Barn, cloisters, gardens and the Agatha Chrisie Collection.</description></item><item><title>Shanklin Chine</title><link>http://www.alltouristattractions.co.uk/isle-of-wight/shanklin/shanklin-chine-l4.html</link><description>The Shankin Chine was formed from water cutting through the sandstone cliffs that is 100ft wide and 280ft deep.

Chine is a local saxon word meaning &quot;deep narrow ravine&quot; and was created over 10,000 years. It was popular with smugglers and it is reputed a tunnel goes from the chine directly into the village.

The Sanklin Chine as over 150 types of forna, an aviary, the Chine lodge (heritage centre and tea room), fishermans cottage and nature trail. It's open to tourists from April to October.</description></item></channel></rss>
